The Department is manned by Dr. E Mhabemo Ovung who did his graduation from JIPMER, Pondicherry and had his MD degree from AIIMS, New Delhi, trained under Late Prof L.K Bhutami. Dr. Mhabemo is one of the first Dermatologist in India to study the effect of CO2 Laser on various skin lesions in the 90’s.
